I've learned that the communication is the key for student success. Additionally, constructive, regular feedback and counseling are also important in student e- learning environment.

I'm glad that I have learned more about the differences between synchronous and asynchronous methods of the delivery in online course setting. Thank you.

When I was giving our instructors guidlines how to set up and organize thier courses, I was always telling them to prepare a welcome note/announcement, explaining that  welcome post/note is the one of the first steps building the course and setting rapport along the students. I'm glad to see this recomendation here in this tarining course. 

I would say that in e-lerning course delivery format keys of success are

-course structure and development with easy approach/navigation to anyone who just join in to the class

-communication with every student in the class.

But those keys are important not only in the disatnce education format, they are important keys of success in any class delivery format, regardless, if it's distance or residential!
