I found this course quite interesting as it helped me evaluate my personal efforts and techniques in the classroom with those of the insitution regarding our necessary COMBINED retention efforts.  It definitely helped increase my understanding of the scope of retention and helped validate some of our institution's methods and the importance of the combined effort in the quest for constantly improving retention.

This course helped validate some techniques I already incorporated but also introduced some teaching theory which I definitely think will help improve my lesson planning.  Great course to help me critique my own lesson plans more effectively.  Looking forward to applying these concepts.
