I learned that utilizing a course Framework is crucial for course development. This process will help you see the specific course details of the overall course.  Therefore, ensuring that the course supports the course learning objectives.  It also helps with the learning process 

There are different types of e-learners' behaviors that we must identify.  There will be many challenges with behavior management, but we must set guidelines and consequences. We must encourage all e-learners to participate and be productive. 

Class size plays a role in e-learners' participation. As instructors we must planned carefully to encourage participation based on class size. Asynchronous discussions are best in promoting interactions among learners.  Most importantly, interaction is higher when learners are rewarded for their effort. 

Projecting your presence into the e-learning arena is important because you give/project a sense of comfort and security to the student learner.  Therefore, providing support and enhancing their learning experience.  The student learner will feel more secure and have a higher successful result in the program. 

Comprehending the Course Delivery Format is crucial to oline learning. As an instructor I must be familiar with the course delivery tecniques and strategies of the CMS. I should know the important functions the platform offers and should be able to perform them in order to avoid attrition and frustration. Also knowing the content delivery and information will help me be a better effective online instructor.
