Our March meeting will focus on professional development, but I wanted to give you some guidance on the PD plan assignment.

The goal of the PD plan is to get you to start reflecting on your leadership journey and thinking ahead to next year and how you would like to continue to grow. Your plan should include at least 3 goals, preferably related to leadership, policy and professional development, and show how you are continuing or strengthening your connection to NYSACTE and/or your division.
