Learning the difference between intrinsic & extrinsic motivators.

Adult learners are here to learn and take school seriously.

This is something that I do in my class, my student know what they are missing and what their grade is always.

I will be making more pre-tests for the student to see if they are understanding the assignments.

The 10/20/30 for making a power point is great.

I think getting to know your students lets them start trusting you. 

I feel that I have a little of both.

Technology is the future.

Over the years, I've been had the opportunity to teach students from 18-72 years of age.  I have to use different learning styles everyday in order to keep the students engaged, but it really depends on the student.

When teaching EHR & MPM the student are on the computer majority or the time. I tell the students to play games on typing.com and the hightest score gets 5 points added to there test. Something so simple really motivates these students.
