compliance is a result of doing the right thing.

This statement is so true. I worked at YTI before Federal regulations were inforced on for-profit schools. The change in landscape called for transparency which made admissions a much easier and fun job.

Testimonials from students.

You can not seek testimonials from students because it creates a conflict of interest. The student may seek preferecial treatment.

Consequences of not doing the right thing.

The worst consequence is for the school to lose it's accredidation and therefor lose the title 4 funding.
