Providing a good presentation to the correct audience

Presentation can be powerful if open the right way to the correct audience. I have had to opportunity to gain by audience attention and hold it for 25 minutes. I use to hate speaking and now I love to take the audience to another place and have a discussion with them with new ideas.

I feel that disclosure of information is very important to employees and students. If there is a miss representation of fact then mistrust develops and student dissatifaction usually results. It is your responsibility to honest and trustful to help student understand all elements of the program they have decided to attend.

Do all associates really know what our Mission is?

The instituations core values and mission are the reason for the institiution real meaning. The student should feel this element of focus from the time they walk through the door until they complete the last day of the program. If we do the job well in displaying the core values and mission statement in your everyday function then maybe the student will look for the same kind of environment when making a job choice. Then we will have accomplished your goal as a organization.

Integrity

The institutional core values and mission statement gives the elements of the program it's meaning. It must be displayed in every individual in the institution. From the person they met as they enter the door to the last day of completing the program. Good customer service examples in the institution will be reflected and student will look for that element when choosing a job.

best practice

I have use different tools to provided better delivery of information to students. At the end to class I go around to room and ask what specific thing do you think you learn today for the activities and lecture today. The lecture was about personal space and the student drew several large circles on a sticky pad and place where people fit in their person space and large discussion resulted.
