I found this lesson ver informative to establish more active learning style to my lectures. 

I have use some content in my classroom for active learning.  This has opened my eyes to new area to add to the lecture part for more participation of the student s for active learning.

Student have issues that are not related to the classroom education and this is reflected in the classroom envirionment that causes negative atmosphere.  The thing is to let the student know in a positive way that the attitude is not accetpable in the environment of the class room.  Acknowledge that you can understand and listen to ttheir problem and refer to appropriate resource needed.

The knowledge of knowing the aspects of different generation make me understand the ways to teach, but I observe student of all generation being very helpful to each other.

It was very interesting the learn of the different generation as a whole.  I have used the technical in the class room (role play, internet and tactial learn as methods to relay learning. 

I also do stress relief on my ride home and to work.  I do not have the radio on and just have quietness.  It has been very beneficial to promote humor in the work environment

My suggestion is to go to the area where the students are being disruptive and ask them the share their conversation if it pertains to the topic being discussed in class.  If it does not pertain to the subject, I would reiniterate the importance of the students respecting other students who want to learn the topic being discussed.
