I would sometimes like to get to know the class first, and If I see that one student is willing to help another student that is struggeling, maybe ask that student if she would mind sitting next to the other one and help her if she is able, and if there is still questions the student can come to me.

BEING ORGANIZED

Being prepared for class helps the students see that you care, and are ready to get down to business,on time. I feel it helps them know that I care and am organized.

New Teacher Mistakes

If I dont know a answer to a question, I would tell the student I will find the answer and get back to them. We are here to teach, as well as continue our education as instructors. I feel that is showing I am human and can learn every day also.
