The ability to transfer credit hours to another institution depends on several factors. It is not permissible to tell a prospective student that all or some of their credits will transfer without a through examination by the Registar's office.

There are various laws and regulations regarding advertising higher education. Some of the requirements included not over selling the income potential of a certain degree as well as saying everyone could be admitted.

Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are standardized and apply to the course work and hours of the class. These fees are the same for all students and cannot be discounted for any reason.

Admissions Representative

It is very clear of the importance to communicate all policies of the representative school. New students must be aware of polcies and costs involved with continuing education. The representative must communicate all of admission information clearly.
