Blogs can be used in a variety of ways. Not only can multi-media be added to content but blogs can include testing and class updates.

I plan on utilizing Twitter for course reminders, suggestions, short concise discussion of said topics, for the ability to follow relevant tweets.

Media hosting sites are a great way to media in various formats that can be shared and discussed in the social network.

I learned that it is a good teaching method to use social networking to discuss topics amongst our peers. Instead of information being directed to you when in a lecture setting, conversation and trading ideas about a topic in a less formal setting helps to retain information.
