This section I learned information on how and when to address different types of students. I also learned about information about strategies to use when dealing with difficult students, professionally and fairly.

Hwo to foster participation in different ways for all and individually is important. Keeping the student engaged/interacting and providing feedback is how to foster engagement.

it's really important to create trusted relationships with students so they'll know I'm going to help them when they have questions, problems, or technical issues that cause issues within the platforms, CMS. And through the interactions online, both student and teacher can learn and grow together in the learning.

I learned that as an online instructor there are different ways to interact with students, and to make sure they are undersatnding the information in which I am delivering. Understanding the CMS and proper scaffolded structure of content to goals will help ensure student can progress properly. And these elements all lead to an encouraged engaged student.
