For an ST Instructor such as myself, it had very little to do with my everyday job. A person with a good foundation in common sense and a good sense of right and wrong can probably have a sucessful career in there teaching profession without ever needing the legal and finacial background or "behind the sense" beuracracy of the USDOE. It would be nice to tailor continuing education requirements to prospected career areas of the individual. Such as, education on how to educate in the ST career for myself.
