Time managemnt is key for all students of all abilities.

I feel rubrics are wonderful tool so the student know how they are getting graded and how they can get better.

I think it was interesting how the different generations process the online work.A clear syllabus is extremely important to avoid misunderstaandings.

It is importance for the instructor to establish a code of conduct for communication on an online course. I like the rubric idea as well.
