Across generational gaps, educators must learn to understand students needs and find methodology that enhance learning

I have learned that students have different style of learning and adapt fast.  They're more technologically inclined so the challenge for us, educators, was for them to remain course focus.

The student need to be part of the creation of the rubric so that it will be clearly understood and no reason for them to lag behind

Rubric sets the standard and objectivity as to what needs to be accomplished and expectations are laid out for both the learner and the teacher

I think virtual internships works for those students with open mind and computer literate

Rubric is more han a grading tool

Validity and reliability is a good measurement

We need to evaluate students consistently

After reading and listening to the module, i've learned that online is a great tool.  But you have to know and research your source

As instructor i believe we have to be open minded in incorporating synchronous learning with the asynchronous methods in order to maximize student learning.
