Trust is a two way street and was not develop over time.  That's why, it is a must that being truthful about the educational objective is a must.

E learning structure is challenging for every student. Our main task as instructor is to motivate and communicate the lecture content properly.  Understanding that you have a support system specially the expertise of colleague is great.

Cultural diversity is a great as its shape and form the core values of the institution so as to understand where each and individual was coming from. It's unique and empowering.

Multiple evaluation provides effective analysis of the course

I find rubrics not only benificial to students but also it allows sense of fairness and unbias because the criteria has been laid out

I like the Dynamic Syllabus as it provides me to help studentsnavigate through the course

I learned that we have to be consistent in our framework and engage our students at the level of their understanding
