I love the idea of "building bridges" between departments to positively impact student service. How do you believe you can do this at your school, given that things seem to be working pretty well already?
Great point Christine. Technology has changed the way our students get information and it sounds like your school is adapting to those changes by being online. We can continue to adapt and change to meet those needs further by taking the initiative to come up with more ideas.
Christine, thanks for sharing. It's interesting because all students want information in different ways and if we can provide that variety to them by instituting online chats or skype we then can meet the needs of that type of student. What are some other ways we can increase our variety for our potential students?
You make some great points here. What I am seeing is perhaps an opportunity for cross training, making sure that everyone is on the same page and is held accountable.
