I learned that asynchronous communication is better than synchronous communication on an online seeing because it allows all learning types to interact and learn the content while thinking more deeply about what they have read and what they have learned.

It's very important for the students to have faith in your credentials and knowledge of the subject area so that they feel confident in learning your course content. Allowing the students to know you and your getting to know them will help the course room another and allow you to interact more in the course.

I've learned that there are many ways that an online instructor can deliver content, but they should also be aware of the format of the CMS. They should be understanding of students and their technical abilities while completing this class skiing many other things as well.
