We are all going to have stress but we can eliminate alot of it with in ourselves. Make sure to excerise, eat right, dont smoke, dont drink, and most of all make time for the ones you love!!! This is so much easier said then done sometimes the ones we love the most are the same ones that stress us over the top (my kids)!! I have to take the time to look and reflect alot and put into groups stuff I can fix, cant fix and simply do not want to deal with... This has help be a better… >>>
