We are all going to have stress but we can eliminate alot of it with in ourselves. Make sure to excerise, eat right, dont smoke, dont drink, and most of all make time for the ones you love!!! This is so much easier said then done sometimes the ones we love the most are the same ones that stress us over the top (my kids)!! I have to take the time to look and reflect alot and put into groups stuff I can fix, cant fix and simply do not want to deal with... This has help be a better… >>>

Stress is something we all live with in our everyday lives. This is normal to a extent. We all need alittle stress to be productive such as deadlines, schedules ect.. But over the top stress day in and day out 24/7 could be life threatning. The body starts breaking down from the inside out, it could start with a cold and end up with a long term death sentence. Juggling personal and professional life is hard but I feel we have to take time for ourselves to rest, eat well and excerise to beable to keep up with this fast… >>>
