Just finished this course on Gen Y students. It was very interesting and helped me realize that students have different expectations because of the generations they grew up in. Even though I am technically considered a Gen Yer, I find myself relating to Gen X as well, which was also discussed. It is not that one generation's way is better than another, but it does show that as educators, we need to be in tune to our students in order to give them the best educational experience we can.
