Interesting about the Stars, B players and the Low performers. I appreciated the comments on how to handle the Stars in class; they are often the ones who answer questions and participate in discussions, to the detriment of the other students. Pulling information and paying attention to the middle performers, of which an organization or classroom could be as many as 75%, is crucial to the success of the whole class, in my opinion. Helpful.
