Motivating Students to have Good Attendance

I teach night students that have jobs. I have implemented some of these ideals and will try the others. However what do you suggest if they continue to come late to class or go on break and come back late. What do you think about lock door and making them wait till the next break? These are students that are clocked hour students.

I hope to get more speakers as well. I think this is a great motivator to keep excitement in the class.

I just finished this course. I am so excited to try some of the new ideals that i learned. I learned new ideals on dealing with different learning styles. The course also gave me more stagtagies to implement in the class room.
