I have learned new terminology/concepts: extraneous cognitive load, modality effect. Using a preferred text size, low number of supplemental components (videos, graphs, etc) and consistent layouts is important to help with student familiarity. 

These are great take aways because as an instructor I experience overload with the resources available to present the content!

In Managing the e-learning environment it was interesting to see the titles for the different types of learners based on their behaviors. The Noisy, Quiet, Proscratinator, Disruptive and Intimidator behaviors are seen in the face to face classes too which the module said in the beginning how the traditional classroom behaviors can be seen online too.

Good solutions for each.
