I understand the dedication it take to go to college with all life challenges that each student must face is complicated.  I feel as an teacher we have to encourage our students so that they can know that their present struggle will pay off in the long run.  We must help them press on  and endure to the end while prioritizing their own personal lives.  I also fine just being a open ear and getting them to the resoure needed for their situation goes a long way.
