I have worked in this business long enough to actually see differences in the quality of the student since "commission sales" was stopped. Putting the needs of the student first builds a more solid, determined GRADUATE and being held accountable throughout the enrollment process makes the educational journey more enjoyable.

For a student to make informed decisions depends upon the facts and how it directly relates to their situation. Through exploration, the students situation now and the path to reaching their future goals seems to reflect "what's in it for me"? The benefit/reward comes from realistic awareness of expectations, guidance and encouragement.

Successful recruiting starts from TRUTH. Being honest, sincere and sticking to the facts will establish TRUST. Putting the needs of the student first will benefit all parties involved.

Social Media has taken over. I am "old school" however I realize that relying solely on the phone will not be successfull as utilizing all forms of social media - facebook, texting, emails. Communication is key to success and all forms must be used.
