After carefully reading over this module, it was a great reminder of the right way to do things. As an Agent/Admissions Rep it is our main responsibility to understand each regulation and understand why they are so important. We should always put the student first in regards to the information that we give out. It goes back to the old saying, "treat others the way that would like to be treated."
