I learned the importance of keeping and organizing reords. Keeping a folder on each students will assist in monitoring each student's progress in the course and setting up an assignment folder will help monitor class flow.

I also learn why some students have lost interest in the course and know I know ways I can assist those students to reduce course attrition.

In this module I have learned that there are various ways learners learn course content. I knew some learners learn by listenting, others by seeing and a great majority learn by doing. I didn't know the types which now it make more sense to me since I have noticed some of the characteristics mentioned in this course.

I intent to modify my course to implement some of the suggestion in the course. One main one is to modify attendance criteria to accomodate student's work schedules.

In this module I learn valuable ways to make my presence felt in an online course. Now I know what to include in the course introduction regarding my credentials which will promote my professional credibility. Also, I learn important concenpts to use in creating student profiles.

As online instructor, I should verify course content is logically organized, be familiar with module content, course objectives, and utilize a variatey of software delivery methods. I should promptly response to student questions and feedback and develop activities to keep them interested in the course.
