On the FASFA application it does state that all information should be truthful and that there could be consequences for false statements. Maybe proof should also be submitted or additional documents should be asked for upon acceptance at the school especially for programs that requires certification or licensure.

The things I've learned in this class will help me guide the students in the right direction if questions are asked of me. I now understand the FERPA laws a little better. this class was indeed extremely knowledgeable.

While working with a previous employer, I often heard of times when students were accepted into the school without proof of high school diploma or equivalent, only to find out during the term the student would not be eligible to sit for state licensure. The student was only asked if she could provide proof if she needed to. This she have been avoided.
