This module was a great refresher for types of learners and the best way to interact and engage them.  I will employ more documentation to help alleviate challenges for the student and myself. 

This module gave the best insight on what should not be utilized for important course content.  The most effective communication method would be asynchronous.  

The module advised of best practice for sharing and getting self profiles, for effective interaction in the educational arena.  The information will allow me to  interact on a personable basis with my students.

E-learning offers a great deal of flexibility for students.  It is imperative we put the necessay time frames in place and not waffle with compliance.  I look forward to implementing e-learning into my program.
