Alternative Resources when Enrollment is Slow

I tend to use in house prospecting, by visiting the various class rooms, and solicit for new leads. the downside to that is i tend to bump into duplicates. Another way for me is to look at my list of enrolled and graduates, those areas tend to work for me a lot.
