Students personal information;
I believe that the student is under 21 and is using their parents income that we ask them if we can give out information to thier parents when they call. I recieve calls all the time and we dont hava FERPA on file and they get upset at first until I explain to them about our FERPA policy. But also I know it is a good policy to have in place.
