The discussions allow students to learn from each other  and ensure evryone's opinion is valued.

This module gave me a good perspective on why some students never logged on Zoom to finish out the school year.  

If students can relate to you, they will trust you more and open up to you.

Before you can expect your students to do something you must do. Don't have the say as I do mentality but the do as I do. To be a good leader you have to be a good follower.
