When working with my team, at times it seems that individuals that take more work to motivate fall in and out of motivation more easily than those that stay motivated. What is a good way to keep the less motivated people stay motivated longer?

As a company our lively hood depends on our students. So it is important to keep them motivated and interested in what they are doing.

Learning styles

I find that when I discuse the subject and then show the students what it is I am talking about. Then let them perform the work. And at the end exsplain what they have learned a little more in depth I get really good results.
