feild trips
Feild trip are a wonderful way to keep the excitment level high in the students. it can become boring learning in the same envirement day in day out. field trips are great to spice things up.

Field trips help engage students, give a clearer vision of what their career setting may look like, and I find students often become very motivated to do better in class as a result.

Field trips and guest speakers are a great way to renew interest in the material you’ve been discussing in class. It gives the student’s a chance to speak with people (possibly in the field they are training for), and gain a different and new perspective about the topics at hand.
Also, they might get the chance to ask some questions about the topics you’ve discussed and get a better understanding overall.

I would strongly agree that we need to get the students motavited,field trips to see into the future will help in motivating of the students.Also get a break of the same old classroom routine.
