Retrospective(s)

In my opinion, it is very important to me to hold an individual retropspective every day - the idea is to see what worked, why it worked, why something didn't work, and how to improve.

It can be an invaluable tool developed during a perior of time that could otherwise be a waste.

I think that there are many innovative ways to acheive better performance on a daily basis; but, this is certainly one that works for me.

Of course, safety over being introspective.

Thoughts?

Jay,
It would be great if time allowed us to do this all the time. I suppose we can make time, and to the degree we are able to take time to examine and evaluate the day's activities with the intent on making continuous improvement, the better will our students benefit from our effort.
