when you model behaviors such as being on time, good hygiene, neatness, and getting along with others you are demonstrating soft skills. why are these skills essential for the success of the instructor and students?

Good point. We sometimes forget they have never had role models to observe in the area of soft skills so we need to help them develop them.

also, some of these students need to visually be taught these things for the first time. I have students who have no idea how important it is to show up on time. we are prepping them for careers!!
