Since there are several types of evalution tools be sure to use your evaluation tools interchangeably as the classroom is very fluid from class to class.

I agree with you Shalika, I also evaluate my student's performance every week beside the final exam at the end of the term.
I feel the need to evaluate the student's performance weekly and make the student aware of any issues right away instead of waiting towards the end of the term.
I think using different types of evaluation would be fair for evaluating the level of the students.
