Its not just what you know but how you present it to the students and how you present yourself. Be mindful of these aspects and strive to be the professional leader that you students exspect.

This module helped reinforce my view that you don't have to the stuffy, know it all to run an effective class. I'm of the opinion that learning should be fun, which then makes it engaging.

Lead by example, and create a great learning evironment using the model and motivate strategies.

As an instructor I need be a leader in the classroom and not be come a pal. I also took interest in the components of modeling which consist of dress, language, conduct, time, leadership and confidence.

As a leader not to think you are the smartest but to love what you teach and know it well enough.  Also leading by example and maintaing professionalism.

I never thought of looking back to when I was a student and who I really liked as a teacher. I reflected on this and realized that my teaching style is similar to those that I enjoyed learning from. Their excitement and love of the subject matter were incredible.

I have learned about in this course. Learning how to be become a better instructor for the students, institution and myself.

The roles of the instructor- model, manager, and motivator. I think if an instructor possesses all these attributes he/she will have a successful teaching.

Develop a style of teaching but be prepared to adapt to your students because one particular style is not going to work on all students.

Always be ready to learn and grow with your students to be a better teacher

Its importatnt to be a role model for your profession, a motivator and a mentor.

It is important to plan your future training and development as an instructor. There is always room for improvement and it is vital for new instructors to learn how to be more effective and confident in their work.

I have learned about the importance of having a professional development plan and the various areas development can include.

How to prepare before class, and that different students will require different approaches of the subjects.

Also, it is ok to be wrong, just admit it anf move on.

Know where you stand with your students and yourself as a teacher. Be the instructor to them that meant the most to you when you were in their position.
