The student is the customer so it is your job to satisfy them to the fullest.
The student is the customer so you should do whatever it takes to satisfy them.
Hi Merrick ,
We absolutely must give our students their money's worth.
Patricia Scales
Just as with any service that we pay for the students deserve and have the right to get what they pay for. Studetns regiser for school expecting a education in their field of study so we need to give the customer what they earned.
Hi Adrian,
I concur! Students must put forth effort to be successful. The instructor can only do so much.
Patricia Scales
The student is considered a customer, but a different customer than a regular business customer.
Mt reasons for that answer is that they student has to meet the business half way. They have to give as much effort into their education as the instructor gives to the student. Its not easy being a student or an instructor. The most important thing for an instructor to focus on is to ensure the connection is there. They have connected with the student to ensure they not only understand the information but they can apply it to their learning.
Hi Minerva,
Students are our most important customers. We must provide TLC to our students.
Patricia Scales
we must treat all students like customers but at the same time each studnet will have different and unique needs and as instructors we must treat each student as a individual and remember the pricipal objective which is to educate.
Hi Rosie,
Students want to and need to know that we genuinely care about them!
Patricia Scales
I define customer service in an education setting as serving the best education of our students creating trust, communication, and letting them know that you care about their education from the beginning to the end.
Customer service in the educational setting involves taking the student's needs into account while balancing the educational experience. Students cannot always be catered to due to privacy or accreditation concerns. However, listening and being creating and compliant in resolving student issues can effectuate good customer service.
Hi Arvice,
I concur! Sudents are our customers, and we should pull out the red carpet for them.
Patricia Scales
The students are our customers. Without them there would be no need for instruictors in the class room. Treating them with respect and letting them see that you care for their well-being is where it all starts from.
Hi Dahlia ,
Absolutely! I love it! Students are people too, treat them dearly!

Hi Diab,

Hi Marcella,

Hi Joey,
Students are certainly the most important people in the building.
Patricia Scales
treat the students the way we would like to be treated that is best customer service
Customer Service is defined as making the students a priority in the daily activities in the classroom. They always have to be catered on their needs.
Good Customer Service will always be, being available to help and assist our students with whatever they need. Making sure that thier needs are met as well as any questions they may have. Going that extra mile to provide the best service possible.
