Quizes and Test

I formst my quizes using the same front and spacing to be able to save time when I use either the same or modified question on a final test.

I have tried to incorporate the ideal of "Testing your Knowledge" verses taking an exam. The more I prepare students in ways of flash cards, on the board exercises and "lets find that page". It seems to make learning somewhat more of a friendly competetion than setting an format for regular exam taking. It also helps me prepare in ways of checking to see if the student really know the material and also helps the student with better study habits. I can now focus on the more difficult questions and help students one on one.

Strategic exam formatting is a great way to save time Brian. Thanks for sharing. This isn't a topic that most instructors bring up.
