Some other ways one could deal with the stressors of life is to get a massage, meditate, or take up yoga. This very simple act of taking a few seconds and focusing on the breath will help one deal with life's challenges.Whatever you do it is important you do something.
I know for a fact that stress can cause health issues. I was diagnosed with high-blood pressure and was placed on a high dose medication because of stress. I eliminated the stress and was taken off of the medication. My blood pressure went back to normal. It was not easy eliminating the stress, but I knew if I didn't I would be on that medication for the rest of my life.
