WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEING STRESSED OR JUST PLAYING THE VICTIM

THERE SEEMS TO BE ALOT OF THIS GRAY AREA BETWEEN STRESS AND BEING A VICTIM . HOW DO YOU SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN YOUR SELF OR OTHERS ????

"Not only is the glass half full, it's filthy. And I'm not sure that's water."

This is the attitude some people take. Avoid them. They will drink from your glass and dirty it up as well.

One way that I found out that works for me is that you can take it with a grain of salt blow off because you know that it is going to happen no matter what you do or say.

laugh at our mistakes and take pride in our success. Do not take either to seriously as long as no one is hurt.

I belive that I bring about a lot of my own stress by not properly prioritizing and by not letting myself ask for help. I have always had the issue of taking control; I feel that if the task is to be done correctly, that I must do it myself. That's when I get really stressed out, because sometimes there are just not enough hours in a day and I need to learn to accept that. As for others, it can be difficult to tell somwetimes. I think it has a lot to do with how much you interact with certain people. There are some people that I am close to at work, whereas others I'm not. The better I know a person, the more I can tell if their stress is legitimate versus "woe is me."

"its the poor me's" V.S. "I got to's"
I believe you can be a victtim without stress and you can stress with out being a victum. It is all in how YOU look at things, some people will never understand what i am about to type. Good can come from bad things happening, sure it's the "1/2 full" cup attitude but is that really bad? I enjoy interactions with people who are happy just being, for some, their ship is powered by misery. I take pride in what i do and who i am...mistakes and all.
