coping with stress

I walk daily to have quiet time. During the day I drink plenty of water. I also stop and take time to take some deep breaths.

I like to go to the movies or read a good book.

Lawrence, Sounds like you have a lot of outlets. It's great to hear that you have a partner to share your concerns with and cope with. Sitting in a jacuzzi to do it sounds like the right approach!

I have certain methods I use for coping with stress that work for both me and my wife like sharing our day with each other while in the jacuzzi. I also drink about 50-60 oz. of water daily and have a roughly 30 minute reduced traffic commute and I use that along with favorite music to "de-stress"
