Stress

I think a good way to manage your stress is by staying as positive as posible and by having some type of stress reliever... e.g. Meditation such as, yoga and tai chi. I feel that has helped me in the past. Am I wrong?

Katherine, That sounds like a very healthy approach. Many instructors either do not have the luxury of extra time or do not take time for themselves. It sounds like your investment in yourself helps keep you refreshed and focused when you return to your tasks.

I think taking time out for me is what helps me deal with stress. I like to go for walks to help me deal with stress.I also deal with stress when I am driving home from work. I listen to music & do not think about my day, I just clear my mind from the day.This help me deal with the stress from the day

Glenn, So true. We've got to learn about what works best for us. Everyone is different. Glad to hear you found exercise as a nice outlet. It's got a lot of positive benefits.

everone has a different avenue for stress relief. I find that excersise is the best reliever. It always help me feel better about myself and leads to greater confidence in tackling a large project

Not at all... I love walking and i try to walk a little bit everynight..this really helps to clear my mind and get some fresh air.
