listening to students

I understand that it is an important key but let's be realistic, how can we truly listen and help students when you have to teach a big class and you only spend 2 hours with them. Most of the time i feel powerless.

I understand that there is a lot that goes on that you may not have control of. But, keep in mind that they feed off of your examples, so the more you model the soft skills you want them to use the more impact you will have on larger groups. Keep up the good work.
