I am a gen-y student so it's easy for me to understand these types of students. We have some baby boomers who still teach in our school and I have found that most of the issues arrive within our different generations via instruction style. Most of the older teachers are very traditional in their approach to the classroom and at times even challenge the younger generations approach. I believe we are at a passing-of-the-baton
