I had a better insight on which generation I belong.....and why we are termed BABY BOOMERS.....
A better self-understanding of my generation profile...will let me have a better understanding of other generation.....
I am a Baby Boomer and I love how I grew up and was raised.This gerneration had values and said yes thank you & no thank you. They took pride in themsleves and respected others.
I'm a Boomer and look at the mess we have made of the country. I for one look forward to fresh ideas from Generation Y; at least they have seen how not to do things.

not everyone fits the mold of the generations but having group activities to instill the various personalities and experiences is critical to all so that interpersoanlly we can all work together...being able to realte to all at work is critical in making life fun and exciting...work should be a place we want to go....
Baby Boomers are the largest generation in American history with some 78 million members. They have shaped modern America. There has been some good and some bad. Baby Boomers created much of the social upheaval in the 1960s and led both the sexual and feminist revolutions of the 1970s. Freedom has been a major mantra. Baby Boomers also pioneered no-fault divorces, contributing to the latch-key child phenomena of the 80s.

As an only child, coming from an age of the baby boomer time, I see how the differences are. Being more reserved opposed to being more upfront with my ideas. Baby boomers have an advantage with intacting with others.
I am a Baby Boomer, I am a Teacher, I have been through long lectures, and guess what? I'm looking forward to collecting my retirement soon. The Baby Boomers came home from war and made lots of babies.
