
very interesting topic. i was not fully aware of what everyone meant when they would say that we were gen x. now i sort of do.
I teach with gen y dental residents and have found it difficult in the beginning to communicate on important real world issue about their futures. Obviously, need to understand the generation differences
I am gen x and not gen y. When I saw that there were 0 replies on this thread I thought that that was typically gen y and so wanted to post something here ;)
