Often times, I can use the information I've learned in a PD course immediately in the classroom. Sometimes, it's more of a personal improvement thing, where what I've learned helps me better manage my classes.
Sometimes, its information that is more helpful for the students and I can share it directly with them to help them better manage their classes. Either way, PD courses always help me in some capacity to improve an an instructor and help me manage my workload in my classes.
