I have learned that in this e-learning structure, it is important to read and reivew all the material before hand and take your time with the material. Even though the material is all in front of you, slowing going through each lesson step by step and retaining the inforamtion will benefit you at the end.

Describing the objectives and the agenda of the course is always helpful to build up a good relation with the students and to encourage their participation and engagement by providing them positive constructive feedback in a time frame to manage proper communication to achieve short term goals.

I learned to pay attention to my voice, my words and my body language. preparation is key in any kind of interaction, tieing everything together for premium presentation.
Instructors must be fully knowledgable of the Course Management System to provide the best support for student learning. Both content support and technical support must be provided to students to address learning frustrations within an online platform. To be able to maximize student learning, it is important that instructors know how to navigate the CMS to create learning activities to engage students, stimulate and encourage discussion, and to address issues students may be experiencing.
I find this very interesting, it gives you ways of seeing the study plan in many different ways. It gives you a lot more idea's to apply to your teaching technique.
I believe as an instructor it's important to be organized and have a plan for your students. Be acessible to your students and provide input and responses to create a engaging and stimulating learning enviornment.
